The Globe and Mail has published their “Top Employers for Young People”. The list is compiled of those 40 and under and the employer “is evaluated according to the programs they use to attract and retain young talent. Key benefits include tuition assistance and the availability of co-op or work-study programs, mentorship and training programs and career management programs.”
For those associated with Canadian wireless there are 3 out of the list of 50: Ericsson Canada Inc., Research in Motion (RIM), Rogers Communications Inc.
