Because Earth Day is this week I’m sure we’ll be seeing the carriers and manufacturers talk a great deal about green products and devices. SaskTel has come out with some stats when it comes to their cell phone recycling program: “Phones for a Fresh Start Program” . They have recycled over 6,300 since launching the initiative a couple years back. Good numbers when you consider it’s just one province and they only have in total over 540,000 subscribers.
