Another round of BlackBerry Slider images appear…

Would be cool to see some video of the unreleased BlackBerry “Bold Slider”! The good folks over at BBLeaks have posted another set of pics, this time much clearer images. You can now see the slider and the full QWERTY keyboard. Plus they compare it to the Tour/8900 and state that the battery is shot, but it’s a new FX-1 orange colored battery which is 1050mAh.   1. Looks like a Palm Pre and just like the Pre its keyboard will be horrible.

  3. palm pre keyboard= sucks
    Samsung flight keyboard= sucks
    blackberry keyboard= probably still sucks

  4. Well it looks nothing like tha palm pre or palm pre’s keyboard..
    i think its ugly as hell and am not a fan of blackberries anyway, but tha keyboard looks just as good as other blackberries and with out a dought will be 100 times better then tha palm pre’s keyboard.
    i would say it looks more like tha audovox ppc from tha 90′s… lol
    they sould have went with a side slide and better design..

LMFAO – you know whats amazing…when we all saw the original pictures that were clearly photoshopped…everybody said how horrible the phone concept was and RIM is stupid to even think of a device like that…now this one actually surfaces….yeah even if its a touch screen, its pretty freaking stupid…i would like to think that this device was in the design stage prior to the palm pre release so they didn’t realize how stupid this concept is…but hey, what do i know….oh yeah -EVERYTHING!!!!

    Offer this as a 2 for 1 promo – RIM…its the only way these units will move…remember the pearl flip??

  7. don’t really understand the idea behind this…what would be the advantage or appeal of this over a non-sliding physical keyboard? is the screen an actual touch screen like the storm?

  8. Please notice one voice pro this idea. Agreeably, Palm Pre is not a perfect realization, yet the concept is appealing to me. It may even be a potential iphone “killer” if the screen would be multitouch, browser better then Safari & rock solid performance.Battery life would be quite important.

  9. Even if the screen is a touch screen like the Touch, why not go with a side slider, rather than the vertical approach they’ve taken. The larger keyboard is always a better option.
