WIND has been busy over the past few days and it seems after rushing to get everything in order… things are slowly coming together. They have announced that it’s now possible for customers on other carriers (except TELUS for a couple days) to bring their number over.
Wind states “It is a simple process to bring your current mobile phone number to WIND. Just remember that you can only transfer an active number, so don’t cancel your existing service… Remember, when you bring your number to WIND, only your telephone number will be transferred – you need to get a WIND phone and plan.”
For those who don’t want to bring their number over, hopefully SIM cards will be available later this week.

Geez, it’s sad to see WIND in such a mess, Yes, I no doubt bet they’ll get it together, but so much is being put on their shoulders, you wish they came out of the gates a bit stronger.
