I just wanted to put my 2 cents in on the 3 year comments. Over all I would say maybe at most 1 or 2 people a week acctually complain about 3 years on phones. The majority of customers don't seem to bat an eye and something like 75 dollars really drives customers in. I personly think 3 years is just crazy but its obvious the cell companys know what I observe every day and that is why they get away with 3 year contracts. I work at Futureshop in the cellshop.
