Bell and Best Buy up the ante by throwing in another $75

We’ve been informed by the “Informer” that Bell has another promo going on. This time it’s a Bell/Best Buy combo. When you buy a Bell device on a 3-year contract you’ll get a $75 gift card… this is on top of any Bell deal that Best Buy currently has going on. So depending on what you’re intending to purchase it could be lucrative.

The promo is on until January 3, 2010.

  5. I work at Futureshop in the cellshop. I just wanted to put my 2 cents in on the 3 year comments. Over all I would say maybe at most 1 or 2 people a week acctually complain about 3 years on phones. The majority of customers don’t seem to bat an eye and something like 75 dollars really drives customers in. I personly think 3 years is just crazy but its obvious the cell companys know what I observe every day and that is why they get away with 3 year contracts.

  6. With Wind mobile offering no contracts and with more regional carriers starting up next year (Videotron comes to mind), it makes NO SENSE to lock yourself in a 3 year contract today.

  7. wind plans are stupid, only free in home zones, so if I live in Aurora or Newmarket, Iwill be roaming on Rogers Towers because that is considered away zone. alot of wind customers are going to complain after their first bill. sure they can walk away, but with a phone that they had to buy out right
