The N97 is total crap. I bought mine directly from Nokia in June 2009 and it is SLOW, buggy and unreliable. The latest firmware update (2.1) does correct the problem with dropped calls and the FM radio loosing reception but everything else is horrible. The processor is vastly underpowered, there is not enough RAM (128MB) and the c: drive is way too small as well. The list of problems is far too long to list here.
