Here’s another invention that might have Steve Jobs questioning why he spent millions of dollars researching the iPhone’s touchscreen. Many people have spoken up about how typing on the iPhone has it’s challenges, but there now seems to be a bit of a solution.
4iThumbs have created an screen overlay that gives your iPhone little bumps to let your know where to touch and press the correct letter. Looks easy to install and easy to use. The only issue with this, apart form the $15 price tag is that this can only be used with the iPhone’s vertical keyboard, not in landscape… then every time you want to use the device for anything other you’ll have to take the screen off, which would be a bit irritating. There is a solution that has been available for quite a while: Blackberry, Android, Windows Mobile, Nokia S60…
They own 85% of the smartphone market…
