Their network is not ready, their stores are not ready and I doubt they have many handsets ready. I think this is all a clever marketing ploy to make it look like their launch has been delayed when in reality they won't be ready until the new year anyways. None of the other new entrants are ready so why is everyone so quick to believe that Globalive is ready to go and only delayed by the CRTC ruling? If they were really ready they would open their stores and start promoting themselves as coming soon. They would demonstrate their network in action. And then when people asked why they couldn't buy a phone yet Wind could blame the government. Wind is full of hot air. I dispute that they are ready to set-up shop.
