The haptic feedback had a really bad delay (though I did like the way it kind of pinged). Samsung's widget system is confusing, not very customizable or good looking. The soft keyboard is about as good as anything on WinMo (not good). The screen (which I heard was AMOLED) actually wasn't as sharp as the Touch Pro 2's. Felt kind of ashamed to be Canadian when I remembered this was the "official phone" of the vancouver Olympics. Hopefully they make big improvements with the Omnia Pro (or whatever the next Omnia is). Tried one of these out in the Bell store today.
