Rogers doesn't even carry Sanyo phones. I don't know anyone with a Sanyo phone. Rogers has been good to me for the most part for the last 14 years. I was suprized Blackberry wasn't rated higher. They do need a better Internet but found the phones to be the most reliable. Must be all the Storm 1 users on Bell/Telus that were unhappy. I was suprized about Sanyo being number 1 with customer satisfaction. Rogers doesn’t even carry Sanyo phones. I don’t know anyone with a Sanyo phone.

Rogers has been good to me for the most part for the last 14 years. I was suprized Blackberry wasn’t rated higher. They do need a better Internet but found the phones to be the most reliable. Must be all the Storm 1 users on Bell/Telus that were unhappy.

You still have to be careful with the data. The most popular smartphone is NOT offered by the most popular provider! The iPhone is a great gaming platform but totally crippled for enterprise and business people. I can't name one business person with an iPhone but can name 50 with Berrys. Apple will need at least a year to fix that. HTC is rated last but it's not the hardware as much as the OS: Windows Mobile, which indeed sucks big time. I was surprised at the ratings for Nokia. This is the only thing that is new to me in this report.
