A folding keyboard fits in a coat pocket and costs less than $100. Also, if I lose it or it is stolen, I don't care. The very early release of the N97 had its flaws, yes, but since then Nokia has sent several firmware updates to N97 users and now an updating firmware update to v2.0 will really bring the phone to a whole new level, I believe. I got my own N97 unlocked in July and been happily using it in Canada ever since. It's not a perfect phone, but has many advantages over the iPhone and the Pre, for example. I like mine a lot.
