I think the reason why the author is excited is because unlocking from the provider has always been taboo. With this though, it looks like Bell is bringing it out to the open and saying, look at us, we don't have a problem unlocking your phone. Now, the big question is how much they're willing to do this for. If it's 20.00 bucks, that's not bad, if it's anything higher than that, Pacific Mall is still your best bet!
