WebOS is so slick, the screen is very bright and clear and the phone sounds good and responds well. Multitasking is amazing. I live in Edmonton so EVDO (3G) is available most places. I only switch WiFi on when there's a consistent connection otherwise it's hard on the battery. Battery life is a bit of an issue. With moderate to heavy use I can get through a day but must charge at night. Palm Pre is highly recommended! I have the Pre and I love it.
