If they want to lodge a complaint that Wind's ownership structure doesn't comply with current legislation, then fine, let them lodge a complaint. But isn't it the CRTC's job to make the decision? Should they not already have all the expertise on hand (or at least source it out) to make the determination themselves instead of relying on submissions from huge corporations that have a vested interest in seeing Wind NOT launch? Rogers, Telus and Bell are hardly the most reliable source of unbiased information on the matter. Isn't it kind of like holding a hearing on the fate of the hen and asking the foxes for their input? Their arrival can only bring positive change to wireless industry and its current stagnant state. This will prove a test of our government and whose intentions they have in mind.
