Manufacturing displays, powering them and the ultimately disposing of them could easily outweigh the benefit of not using posters. The source of power will play a role as it could be hydro, nuclear or coal, all with varying green qualities. These aren't exactly significant initiatives. To be truly green they will need to walk the talk and make corporate social responsibility something that they publicly track and report. Otherwise its just more hot wind from Wind.
