Sports Illustrated now available for BlackBerry

With way too many sports related games and events happening it can be a bit of a challenge to keep up. We’ve mentioned a number of apps before but Toronto-based Polar Mobile has released a free BlackBerry app that is a must for any sports enthusiast.

Sports Illustrated can now be downloaded from the App World and features the latest news, articles, photos and has updated scores and standings for every possible league (NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, college basketball and football, soccer, NASCAR, tennis, boxing, cycling, horse racing, Olympics and cycling).

In addition, you can customize the top navigational bar to show updates from the sports you follow and switch to a text view so your page will load faster (with no images).
