I just learned the hard way..they push this plan on you and then you pay a $150 to get your phone replaced. And the customer service well aww I am sorry your wer not informed of this charge... when you buy the phone they say with this plan they will take care of you no questions asked they will replace your phone BS.. I am done as soon as my contract ends I do not want a cell phone no more. AGREED!! I just learned the hard way..they push this plan on you and then you pay a $150 to get your phone replaced. So far only replaced one due to losing the phone 3 months after buying it, reimbursed by VISA's insurance. Already paying ridiculous $7/month for CID (which is standard everywhere else in the world), no way I'm paying more for such insurance which is only useful (or worth it) in the first year, and is already covered for free as long as paying the amount in full with VISA.
