I still have no confirmation whether HTML browsing with Opera Mini (and using downloadable apps like Google Maps, Skype, Yahoo Go, etc.) is included in the Rogers $15 Value Pack for non-smartphones (I have a Motorola RAZR² v9). It simply states "includes unlimited on-device mobile browsing, excluding tethering (use of device as wireless modem) on select Rogers certified devices. Usage subject to Rogers Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, rogers.com/terms. Data transmission charges of 3¢/KB apply when roaming. Rogers.com/mobileinternet for details.." Every piece of documentation on the Rogers site is non-specific about this.

To clarify a key point, the Rogers and Fido Mobile Internet Portals are free to surf and browse for all Rogers and Fido customers.

When you're leaving the free portal to browse the mobile internet, you will be prompted to purchase a daily or a monthly data plan if you don't already have one.
