For approximately two weeks, never encountered any problems. After the two weeks, however, sending text messages would prompt up "failed to send", or it will freeze and end up sending nearly two to four blank text as soon as soon as I touched the touch sensitive soft keys. This happened on a regular basis--maybe several times a day. Had this phone for nearly a year now, and am only starting to really encounter serious problems, from the phone restarting or freezing, even the inability to send MMS messages to smart phones. Besides the "failed to send" and many blank messages were absolutely annoying, I must have had a pretty decent phone. It is definitely time for a new one, unfortunately.
