Bell hires Promotional Reps, offers free Palm Pre!
Bell has started hiring “Promotional Representatives” to help increase the Bell brand within various retail outlets (Best-Buy, Wal-Mart, and Future Shop). This is nothing new, especially as we are heading into the busiest shopping season coming up. But what is new is what they are offering up as an incentive for each new rep… a Palm Pre. We already know that the Palm Pre is “the most important launch in Bell’s history”
Pretty good deal. We understand that training for this position will begin in a few days and the end of the contract is in January. Perhaps that is when Bell’s exclusivity ends for the Pre and just around the time their new network is launched.

Just an FYI: I just finished a phone interview for this. It’s not Bell. It’s a 3rd party promoter.
Don’t expect to become a Bell employee.
Also, for the Montreal people who apply: the in-person interview is in Dorval. That’s a hell of a long way out of town for a low paying non-Bell shill job. I don’t know if it’s worth it just to get a Palm Pre in your hands for a little while.
