Rogers to release the Nokia 6790 “Surge”

nokia-surgeThis image shows some of Rogers current line-up and a new device that will soon be launched… the Nokia 6790 “Surge”. This will be available on for $89.99 on a 3-year contract or $279.99 outright.

The Surge comes with a 2.4-inch display, full slide-out QWERTY keypad, 2.0-megapixel camera, GPS, 2.5mm jack, Bluetooth 2.0 capabilities, holds up to 16GB with a microSD card and weighs in at 124 grams.

    1. I wouldn’t be surprised to see this phone on Fido some day. Its a cheap phone, so that fits their theme (only 90 dollars). Its also a messaging phone which they don’t have a lot of but they do include text messages in their plans and don’t charge for incoming messages which makes them popular with the text messaging crowd. A lot of people looking for a plan pay attention to the text messaging rates and Fido has fair plans for messaging.
