This is nothing more than a kneejerk reaction to Globalive and the other newcomers which are expected to roll out networks at the 10 Mbs range. I can confidently say that it will be a 'paper launch' for Rogers for about 3 years. The major centers will have crappy 21Mbs service in about 1 year+. By the time you get good 21 Mbs connection (2013) they will have been talking about their move to LTE speeds for about 2 1/2 years. Anything to keep raping customers...gotta love to hate the big 3. lol
