That's a new one. I read this article and decide to try and fill out the form. I entered my info and then it returned to the same form but blank. I entered my information again and it said that my email address already exists. I din't complete a survey.... My last 7 phones have been Nokias - and now that's it - good bye Nokia. I was blown away at how bad the service is. Well, I had a very bad Nokia repair experience with my new E71 – it has become a brick and they cannot identify the problem – so I get nothing back.
