Shortcovers goes Palm Pre… coming soon to Symbian and Windows

palmpreimageShortcovers has expanded their eBook Reader service from the iPhone, BlackBerry and Android to the now include Palm Pre users (as part of the on-device beta App Catalog). Shortcovers allows you to sample the first chapter of a book for free, then have the option to purchase additional chapters for $0.99 if you want to continue reading.

Of course for us Canadians the Pre is not available, but from what we hear it will be by the end of June. In addition, Shortcovers is also working on Symbian and Windows Mobile devices.

Michael Serbinis, President of Shortcovers said “We’re excited to make Shortcovers available on Palm Pre. Pre’s high resolution screen and innovative design make it a great eReading choice for consumers. We are committed to providing eBooks to consumers on the mobile device they already own.”
