Bell (and Solo) release the LG Rumour 2!

Sure this is not the iPhone 3Gs, Pre or the upcoming BlackBerry 9630… but the LG Rumour 2 is a wicked texting device that is now available on Bell for the following price plans: 3-year contract: $39.95; 2-year contract: $119.95; 1-year contract: $219.95 and Outright/Prepaid: $269.95.

The overall dimensions are 4.41 x 2.05 x 0.70 inches with it coming in only 4.23 oz. The design is similar to the original with a slide-out 4-row QWERTY keyboard with designated emoticon key and dedicated directional left, right, up and down keys now added. This has a 2-inch display with a 240 x 320 and has increased the expandable memory to hold up to 16GB. Other features of the Rumour 2 are 1.3-megapixels with video capabilities, GPS Nav, Music player, 2.5mm stereo headset jack, Bluetooth Connectivity, Speakerphone. The Rumour 2 comes with changeable back plates so you can somewhat personalize this yourself.

This is also available with Solo here outright for $160 or $50 on a 2-year term.
