I know its a smart phone, but I have no idea why you have to have a data plan tied into it. In the city, most of the areas I go to are WIFI. Which this phone is. Why do I have to spend $900 (25 dollars a month over 3 years) for something I don't need? And it gets better. I can not even buy the phone outright. To activate it, I must have a data plan. Even a one year term would work. Its monopoly and its bull**** and I am sick of it. Iphone is looking better and better. I was just inquiring about this phone with a dealer.
