BELL has to be that worst customer service in canada , second rogers, then maybe telus & fido... I really never had any problemand could only say good things about aliant and called thousands of times.. can't say antning latly as ha been afew years.. but overall I think telcomm customer service in canada is just sad,, and 90% of reps should be fired.. ( ps: I work customer service for one of these companies - so I allso hear my peers giving bad CS and it makes me want to tell my customer to hold while I go feed this fool I peace of my mind... but hey we all have bad customers to.. but that service need to be best and it starts with that reps!
