		<description>I agree with you mike, rogers customer service was Horrible !!!! and for  ostensible part still IS! BELL has to be that worst customer service in canada , second rogers, then maybe telus &amp; fido... I really never had any problemand could only say good things about aliant and called thousands of times.. can&#039;t say antning latly as ha  been afew years.. but overall I think telcomm customer service in canada is  just sad,, and 90% of reps should be fired.. ( ps: I work customer service for one of these companies - so I allso hear my peers giving bad CS and it makes me want to tell my customer to hold while I go feed this fool I peace of my mind... but hey we all have bad customers to.. but that service need to be best and it starts with that reps!</description>

		<description>Rogers must be kidding, I have been trying since late 2008 to receive my paper statements from rogers instead of electronic ones with no success. Rogers doesn&#039;t know anything about customer service.</description>
