Maybe, just maybe we’ll be seeing the Palm Pre very soon in Canada.
Future Shop has written a post on the community forum stating “The highly anticipated winner of the Best of CES 2009 award is coming to Future Shop! Exclusively available on Bell’s 3G network, you will be able to pick up the amazing Palm Pre at Future Shop when it becomes available in the 2nd half of calendar 2009. Stay tuned for more information as it becomes available”.
Sprint has confirmed a June 6th launch at the $199.99 price. This might be a long shot, but with Bell setting up their distribution channels already this could mean we might see this within a few weeks after the U.S. release.
