Panodra working great in Canada!

I’ve been blocked from getting Pandora for some time now, according to Pandora’s website this is due to some licensing issues: “We are deeply, deeply sorry to say that due to licensing constraints, we can no longer allow access to Pandora for listeners located outside of the U.S. We will continue to work diligently to realize the vision of a truly global Pandora, but for the time being we are required to restrict its use. We are very sad to have to do this, but there is no other alternative.”

However, I checked back today as they did some updates and low and behold I got in no problemo using version 1.0.3. Created a new Stevie Wonder station and I was back in business. I really like Pandora maily because it’s so easy to use and has a huge selction of free music.

Go ahead and give it a go yourself. Visit www.pandora.com/blackberry and follow the process.

  1. I just downloaded the pandora program and it still says that pandora is not available in this country????

    I download version 1.03 is there a newer version?

  3. Wahoo!! I just made a mess in my pants. This is first time in a couple of years since I've been able to listen to Pandora. They are by far the best internet station out there. I'll enjoy it while it lasts!!

    Bu the way I'm using version 1.03 on Telus Mobility

  7. I just tried Pandora for Canada and it says "please ensure you have sufficient network coverage." I'm with Bell. :-(
