SaskTel looks to be the first our with a Mother’ Day promotion. If your mother lives in the Saskatchewan area they are offering up the Samsung Cleo and LG Reveal for $0.00. In addition, you can get a BlackBerry Pearl for $49. This promo goes until May 17th and must be on a 3-year contract. Also, a $25 fee applies to each new activation.
