What hasn't been "re-energized" is there actual products. If they could offer a better internet product (see Verizon FiOS) and offer a better selection of smart phones people *actually* wanted (see Rogers) they would start winning some serious market share. As a Bell mobile and internet customer for several years now its been tough going and I've wanted to jump ship several times. However they do offer some of the best mobile plans now out of the three carriers. There internet however I'm likely canceling due to the now ridiculously slow speeds. On a side note, I loved this longer more in-depth style of post on mobilesyrup.com! Moar plz! It's still a nightmare to get an answer out of them sometimes. Bell is definitely not Canada's leading communications company, they can't even communicate within themselves when you have an issue. Their internet is going downhill, the mobility service and pricing is going downhill, and they don't have a great selection of devices. They have a lot of work to do.
