As well, Shaw offers superior services at typically half the cost. Since closing most of its retail stores (and leaving some of them empty shells), Telus has basically said "piss off, hosers" to all Albertans. They will need to do much more than just throw some money around to win anyone back. Telus has a terrible record of poor and shoddy “customer service”, for both consumer and business, in Alberta. As well, Shaw offers superior services at typically half the cost.
