Mayor David Miller sends tweets out to his followers from his BlackBerry.

Twitter is the new social networking site to be a part of and it’s basically the a text message over the internet. Twitter is free and  gives uses the ability to send (140 characters in length) and read other users’ updates known as “tweets”.

Toronto Mayor David Miller is using Twitter to keep connected to a new audience. He has over 4,100 people following him and uses hsi BlackBerry, the TwitterBerry app, to give updates.
