Video: LG Canadian Texting Championships!

Even though the website went live earlier this week… today officially marked the first day of competition in the 2009 LG Canadian Texting Championships.

If you are in Toronto anytime over the next few days make sure you stop by the Eaton Centre, here you will find in the middle of the mall the LG competition area where you can text your way to a cool $25,000. At the event today was last years champ Mark “Jervy” Breiva and new Mobile VP of Marketing & Sales Pat Button.

The Texting Championships will be going across Canada to return to Toronto for the finals on June 29th.  If you want to get your thumbs are ready, the devices of choice are the Neon, Rumour, Voyager, Reveal, KEYBO and Dare.
