Samsung Rubgy Unboxed & Freezer Challenge

Rogers recently launched the Samsung Rugby as part of their “rugged” lineup.

This is available for $149.99 on a 3-year plan and is certified to take a beating as it’s U.S Military Standard MIL-STD-810F compliance…  dust, shock, vibration, rain, humidity, solar radiation, altitude and extreme temperatures from – 21C degrees to +63C degrees is not a problem for this phone. Some features of the Rugby are its 1.3 megapixel camera, 8GB expandable memory with micro SD, 3G, e-mail, instant messaging, HTML browser.

We unboxed this brick and decided to test to see if it can take the cold by throwing it into our freezer:
