The OS seems responsive and easy to use. But the competition will not be standing still. Apple, RIM, and Nokia (amongst others) are all planning on introducing new models in the near future (even in Apple never says anything until it's ready to sell them). Since Palm has said it will only introduce this in the US, to one carrier, that means that Palm's competitors have time to introduce their new products everywhere else in the world (including Canada) and thus head Palm off at the pass, so to speak.
