“Brain Wave Control” case dismissed against TELUS, Google, RCMP… “incapable of proof”

Here is a Friday funny.. well funny for all except Vancouver Island resident Jerry Rose. A few weeks ago he filed a $2 billion lawsuit against TELUS, the RCMP, Google, Microsoft (plus others) claiming that technology “invaded his brain and manipulated his thoughts”.

Justice Fraser Wilson said the case was “incapable of proof” and has dismissed the case. In addition to the $2 billion Rose sought a red 2007 Ferrari, a black 2009 Lamborghini, two 2008 V-Rod Harley Davidson motorcycles, two 2008 Honda dirt bikes and a 2009 black Dodge pickup.
