MTS has launched the HTC Touch Diamond with a stellar opening price of $49.99 on a 3-year plan. To get that price you have to sign up for minimum $39.99 Voice & Data Package. They also have a 2-year plan at $149.99 and a 1-year for $347.99. More info here
