It is 99.99/3yr, it's just that the Rogers Plus chain (for which I work...) is currently having a sale (new activations only) on most of their devices, and this is included. Had you looked at some of the other phones you would have noticed a similar theme (Nokia 5310: 9.99 regularly 49.99, Samsung A746: 9.99, regularly 49.99, Blackberry Pearl Flip: 19.99, regularly 49.99 plus a bunch of free phones normally between 19.99 and 29.99) Actually this is not that dramatic.
