“Brain-wave Control” lawsuit against TELUS, Microsoft, RCMP…
Vancouver Island resident Jerry Rose is seeking $2 billion in damages from Microsoft, Telus, Wal-Mart, the RCMP and others over an alleged “brain-wave control, satanic rituals and witchcraft”. Rose claim states “that he has been subject to invasive brain computer interface technology, research, experiments, field studies and surgery”.
Justice Fraser Wilson has refused to dismiss this “bizarre” civil suit and has heard from the lawyers lawyers who are all arguing that the case “is so ridiculous it should have been dismissed immediately”

Um… this case was not dropped. And the article you’ve linked to even starts “A judge has refused to dismiss….”. Also, the lawyers argued that the case should have been “dismissed immediately”, this was not said by the judge. Someone missed their morning coffee perhaps?
