J.D. Power: iPhone Top Choice for Business people

JD Power has completed its “2008 Business Wireless Smartphone Customer Satisfaction Study” and found that Apple iPhone tops the list for business users.

The survey (conducted in the US) between August and September 2008 and asked 1,388  current smartphone owners  their satisfaction in 5 key areas: ease of operation; operating system; physical design; handset features; and battery aspects.

The survey says: “Apple ranks highest in overall smartphone customer satisfaction with a score of 778 on a 1,000-point scale, performing particularly well in the ease of operation, physical design and handset feature factors. BlackBerry manufacturer RIM (703) and Samsung (701) follow Apple in the rankings.”
