BTW, I was talking to a rep at Telus and he said that they had a hell of a time with the Diamond release. He said that they had a huge software glitche where people were having to send their 'new out of the box' Diamond straight to RMA at Telus. They'd have to wait 4 weeks to get their brand new phone. He claims that that was why the Pro was delayed for so long. They coudln't afford to have the same problem happen again, especially for their 'premiere iPhone killer'. Take the story for what it's worth (it was from a sales guy afterall), but it does make sense considering Telus was supposed to release this phone months ago.
