Is Microsoft interested in buying Research in Motion?

Some industry experts are saying now is the prime time for Microsoft to snatch up RIM. During the last 4 months Research In Motion has suffered a 45% reduction in stock value. Currently RIM sits at about $67 and Microsoft is standing by with a reported $50 a share even it the price dips to $40. More here and here
