Ted Rogers: “bad times are coming”

Chief Executive Officer of Rogers Communications Inc. Ted Rogers told the heads of his wireless, cable and media divisions to start raising capital before the well ran dry, and to pull back on costly acquisitions: “For the past 18 to 20 months, I’ve been saying bad times are coming, batten down the hatches, raise as much money as you can.
