Sony Ericsson W760 and Z780 coming mid-October (finally)

An update regarding the prolonged and much pushed back launch of the Sony Ericsson W760 and Z780. Even though there has been posters plastered around retail outlets saying “Available August 2008″… our SE Insider says the W760 will be with Rogers and the Z780 will be now at Fido mid-October.

Previous advertised price plans were showing the W760 will be available for $0 after a $50 rebate on a three year contract (not sure if this offer will be valid anymore). No word yet on the Z780 but we are guessing it should be around the same price area…
