East Coast Canadians stress over Voice Mail access change

You think are stressed and have alot going on? In Nova Scotia and Newfoundland the biggest stress for Bell Mobility customers was how to access the voice mail. Until the end of August, customers had been able to use either the 1 or 5 key to get their voice mail, now they must only hit the 5 key. Although Bell notified its customers via phone bills and the Bell website, some say “the change came as a surprise to him and many of his business clients.”
