Let’s make a deal! Wireless Spectrum winners can start talking to each other

The 15 successful winners in the recent Wireless Spectrum Auction can officially start talking with each other. This news is not new as we recently heard that Bell and Telus are rumoured to share the estimated $1 billion cost to switch to a HSPA network.
