		<description>This is great, it&#039;s good to see someone with actual power care about Canadian consumers being ripped off by wireless carriers for far too long. 
 
The only problem I see is the System Access Fee isn&#039;t actually BANNED, it just cannot be charged as a separate fee. I would expect companies like Rogers and Bell to just bundle it into their plans making them more expensive. But then of course they have the pressure of Koodo, Virgin, and select Solo plans on them who never had a system access fee and are already cheaper than the rest. 
 
Eg. Virgin&#039;s MyCREW 25 is $25 a month, no more no less. Rogers can either include the SAF on their My5 and make their $25 plan $6.95 extra, or they can just eliminate it. I would assume they would do the latter, as when the fee is included it&#039;s obvious to consumers that they are a rip-off. </description>
