		<description>I actually took one of Virgin&#039;s &quot;Virgin Informer&quot; surveys before they were pulled offline and one of the questions was whether or not I would be interested in a cheaper rate plan that involved me to listen to short audio ads before placing calls. I said yes! So it&#039;s definitely something at least Virgin is considering, it can&#039;t be too far off from the future.</description>
